Rob founded F&L Search in 2015 and today works across the investment management space in Europe and the US, with a focus on macro, multi-asset and equities.
After completing a BA (Hons) in Physics at the University of Oxford, Rob began a career in technical sales before moving into headhunting. He has a strong passion for the finance sector and thrives on working closely with clients to succeed in this environment.
