About the Role
As a Sales Development Specialist in this hybrid role, the individual will play a pivotal role in front-line prospect outreach, aiming to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. The primary responsibilities include developing and owning the "top-of-funnel" through various channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and qualifying inbound leads. The role demands effective communication of the value proposition, adept handling of objections, and staying informed about industry trends. Given the company's ambitious growth targets, a growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to finding creative solutions are essential attributes for success in this role.
What Are We Looking For:
- Creating leads and determining the next steps for each prospect's progression.
- Collaborating with the sales team to introduce innovative lead generation ideas in each meeting.
- Reaching out to leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to schedule demos.
- Providing feedback to the Marketing Team on the quality of marketing-sourced leads.
Requirements
Possess an analytical and data-driven personality.
Can anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
Have the ability to engage with C-suite executives at an early stage, asking intelligent questions.
Are organized and possess strong time management skills.
