A fast-growing and international young company specialising in knowledge brokering. Their job is to connect the world’s most prestigious investment firms, global consulting firms, and corporates with high-level professionals for industry phone sector consultations, and several day missions.

Headquartered in Paris, they have set up its Operational Centre in Porto (we call this the “core of the nuclear reactor”), where the multi-national team of consultants are now based

Their impact:
Their clients need to understand the major challenges of various business sectors before making strategic management and investment decisions. For this, they wish to conduct short but informative interviews with top executives in these sectors.

Their challenge:
Is to identify, onboard and introduce these experts to our clients in less than 48 hours, whatever the assignment (Korean beauty industry, waste management in Northern Europe, in-vitro diagnostics in France, co-working spaces in Italy, etc.).

About the Role

• Combines customer relations, client management and strategic analysis.
• Work independently and take charge of expert research missions
• Client interaction (phone/email)
• Present the profiles you have selected to your client and convince them of their value
• Identify the right profiles, contact them to ensure their relevance, then convince them to engage.
• Identify, onboard and introduce these experts to our clients in less than 48 hours, whatever the assignment

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree and/or masters in business, management or languages from a top-tier university.

  • Eligibility to work in the EU;

  • An advanced level of English (C1 minimum);

  • A second language;

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships;

  • Unlimited curiosity for the economic world;

  • Flexibility, organisation, tenacity, and creative thinking;

  • Results-driven and the ability to see the bigger picture.

  • A level of business responsibility you wouldn’t expect for a first job;

  • The development of your “soft skills”: organization, written and oral synthesis, rapid strategic analysis;
