Our client is a leading research provider with a best in class tactical macro offering. The products span both research and date, working with portfolio managers and traders both buy and sell side.

The firm is in a rapid growth mode. They are relatively new to the market and already making significant traction, working with 9 of the top 10 investment banks and having a product with strong price points that they have been able to defend very well given the unique nature of their work.

The team is streamlined and currently all sales people are based in the UK. They are looking to hire a small team (2-3 people) to build out the US sales efforts.

This is a great entrepreneurial opportunity, to have a senior position within a fast growing company with a proven product.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements

  • Proven track record of multi year revenue generation

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing

  • Demonstrated sales success

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong experience with Capital Markets
