About the Role
• Responsible for new business development and existing account growth in the territory
• Negotiate contract renewals and new product sales to existing accounts, working as a team with the account manager
• Consume industry-leading macro-economic research, identify relevant themes and tailor prospecting campaigns for the market, working closely with the SVP of Sales and the Chief Marketing Officer
• Arrange prospecting events with senior research strategists
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure continued growth
• Maintain all communication and pipeline in the CRM
• Accurately forecast the progress of opportunities
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience as a senior sales team member in a subscription sales environment
Proven track record of outstanding sales
Deep understanding of the financial markets and investment management
Familiarity navigating CRM systems
