The company is currently seeking a dedicated Account Executive who is driven by a passion for sales, success, and shaking up the real estate industry. As an Account Executive in this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities with targeted strategic accounts and prospects. You will oversee the entire deal lifecycle across the company's product range and convey the value of our solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and sales meetings to product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
- Cultivate and maintain an active sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and deal creation.
- Develop a focused prospecting strategy for the real estate small and medium-sized business market, setting weekly prospecting objectives to build and sustain pipelines.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Efficiently manage your sales pipeline using Hubspot.
- Contribute continuously to the growth of the sales team, including documenting processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
- Provide sales support both during client interactions and behind the scenes by collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to relay customer's technical needs and requirements.
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and address daily customer inquiries.
Requirements
A minimum of two year's experience in managing the entire sales cycle, particularly in selling SaaS to both small and medium businesses and larger organizations.
A hands-on approach to building pipelines from the ground up, including cold calling and email sequences.
Cross-selling experience, offering multiple products to existing and potential customers.
The ability to penetrate accounts and secure meetings with key stakeholders.
Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Self-motivation, a hunger for learning, a passion for the role, and excellent interpersonal skills.
