At F&L Search we utilise the experience and network gained from working with some of the best known and established names in the industry. Founded in 2015, we aim to react to market shifts caused by a variety of factors, including regulatory changes such as MiFID II, and to focus on servicing a different range of clients. Today we work with those who are benefiting from regulation changes and market trends; those who look to the future and adapt to work within an ever-changing world.
F&L Search works with buy-side institutions and research providers and, on the other side, with individuals who are becoming increasingly aware that the few players who have historically dominated the market no longer have the appetite or the opportunities to cater to the vast number of talented individuals in the market. We look to bridge the gap between today’s talent and tomorrow’s opportunities, looking to anticipate the market shifts and take an active role in facilitating them.
F&L Search operates globally, with a focus on Europe and the US, in order to service a select group of clients. We build and maintain strong relationships with these clients in order to best meet their needs, ensuring that they get the maximum benefit from our broad knowledge of the capital markets space, are up to date with market movements and, ultimately, are connected with the best individuals for the opportunities that they offer.
